Job Mission
You will be responsible for the management and resolution of incidents and requests in the area, as well as providing support to the Level 1 Support and infrastructure teams.
What responsibilities and tasks will you be in charge of?
Resolution of incidents and customer requests, related to Cloud systems in Linux and Windows environments, as well as Backup and Firewall systems, with quality, within established timeframes, using the Kayako helpdesk software.
Alarm resolution.
Drafting of technical documentation and procedures.
Creation of scripts and cron jobs for process automation.
Support and assistance to the Level 1 Support team.
Assistance to the infrastructure team, identifying potential incidents and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
3 years of experience in:
System Administration in Windows Server environments, with the ability to interact with CMD and PowerShell, and the Event Viewer tool for troubleshooting.
Google tools at a functional level, configuration, and administration.
Google Cloud Platform at the administration and user level.
Administration of GNU/Linux systems, with experience in Linux bash, and use of basic tools and command concatenation through shell.
Administration of KVM/QEMU virtualization systems through shell (virsh).
Administration of VMware virtualization systems through a graphical interface.
Administration of MySQL databases, with the ability to perform cross queries.
Network fundamentals and the ability to perform subnetting and work with VPNs.
Perimeter network systems such as Fortinet Firewalls or similar.
English (sufficient proficiency required for written communication).
Specific knowledge in SAP on Google Cloud, monitoring in both Zabbix and Pandora, management of third-party backup software, load balancers such as HAProxy, F5 Balancer, CPanel, or Plesk, DNS, and Fortigate Firewall will be highly valued.
